Three Practices

What I do, in three movements.

Senior advisory at the intersection of trade, exhibitions, and AI. Each engagement is bespoke; the shape below describes the gravity, not the map.

Exhibitions & Trade Platforms

Architecting B2B events end-to-end — from sponsor strategy and country pavilions to floor logistics and post-show conversion.

  • Programme architecture
  • Country & sector pavilions
  • Sponsor & VIP strategy
For whom
Trade authorities, organizing companies, ministry-backed pavilion programmes, sponsor brands.
Outcome
A defined event programme that converts policy intent into floor-level commercial outcomes.

Europe ↔ MENA Partnerships

Brokering working relationships between European institutions, manufacturers, and Gulf or Levantine counterparts. Cultural translation, not just commercial.

  • Counterpart introductions
  • Negotiation support
  • Programme co-design
For whom
European specialty manufacturers, sector federations, export agencies, and Gulf or Levantine counterparts.
Outcome
A working bridge between two operating cultures — introductions made, terms understood on both sides.

AI-native Operations

Pairing twenty years of operating fluency with practical AI: agents, retrieval over institutional knowledge, decision support that respects how senior teams actually work.

  • Internal agent design
  • Knowledge & retrieval setups
  • AI-fluent team enablement
For whom
Senior teams ready to embed AI in real workflows — exhibition organisers, trade authorities, advisory firms.
Outcome
A small set of AI tools that match how your team already works, with a clear path to expand.
How engagements begin

Three quiet steps before any commitment.

  1. Conversation

First contact, no commitment. I listen for the shape of the work, the room, and the constraint behind the brief.

  2. Scoping

A short note (one or two pages) — what this would look like, the tempo, an indicative budget. Sometimes the right answer is 'not me, here is who.'

  3. Engagement

Defined milestones, regular check-ins, a written close. The work is small, sharp, and finite.

Engagements begin with a quiet conversation.
